A fantastic rare combination dip pen and mechanical propelling pencil by Edward Todd. Pat Sep. 27. 70. Dip pen work with the body slider and pencil with the push pull terminal which itself is beautifully engraved with a vacant cartouche. Both mechanisms work well. Excellent condition.
